Job Seekers may terminate their account by following the appropriate steps on the platform. Upon termination, all access to Job Seeker services will be revoked.

Employers are responsible for removing or updating job listings that are no longer available or have been filled. No Guarantee of Employment or Hiring
XtremeJob.com functions as a platform to facilitate connections between Employers and Job Seekers, but it does not guarantee that a job posting will result in a hire or that a suitable candidate will apply. The hiring decision, including conducting interviews and offering positions, lies entirely with the Employer. XtremeJob.com is not liable for any hiring decisions made by Employers.

Termination of Employer Account
XtremeJob.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Employer account for violations of these terms, including misuse of the platform for illegal activities, posting fraudulent job listings, or failing to comply with payment terms. Employers may also choose to terminate their account at any time by following the appropriate process on the platform.

Employer Liability
